Services Available:
The Academy provides an extended-school day program for
both morning and afternoon hours at an additional charge. A bus route is
also available within the city limits of Ava, and at a central pick-up in
Mansfield, Squires, and the Wasola area. Students enjoy a variety of
activity classes, including art, music, journalism, and P.E. A
sports program offers basketball from 3rd grade up. The Academy participates in ACSI competitions in the areas of math, spelling, speech,
art, and music each year. Students can also be involved in 4H,
Missions Club, Future Christian Business Leaders of America, Beta Club, and Chess Club.
Enrollment Procedures:
Early enrollment for the fall begins during the month
of April. A non-refundable registration fee, paid at the time of
registration, will hold your child's place until the start of school. If
a particular class is full, the enrollment papers will be accepted and the
child's name will be placed on a waiting list. Parents will be contacted
if a spot becomes available. To begin the enrollment procedures, parents need to
contact the school to set up an enrollment appointment. Students in
grades first - high school must take an entrance test before being
accepted into the school. Details concerning the test and other
enrollment procedures will be discussed at the time of the appointment.
