Registration Fees:

A $35 fee is due for all returning students in K-12th and a $50 fee for all new students. Newborn through pre-kindergarten will be a $10 registration fee for new and returning students.

Family Discounts

Families will pay full tuition for the oldest child in the family that is enrolled in the Academy. The second oldest child in kindergarten through twelfth grades will receive a 20% discount on tuition (not fees). The third oldest child will receive a 25% discount on tuition. Any other younger children in the family will also receive a 25% discount if the family has more than three children in Kindergarten through Twelfth grades. If there are additional children enrolled in newborn through pre-kindergarten, their tuition will be discounted 10%.

Late Fees and Return Check Fees

There will be a $5.00 late fee assessed to all unpaid accounts after the 5th of each month and an additional $5.00 for every 7-days thereafter that the account remains delinquent. Any account that becomes 30-days past due will be referred to the school board for possible dismissal of the student(s). We understand that on occasion there may be circumstances beyond your control that delay your payment of tuition. In such a case, we ask that you communicate any such problems to the Finance Director, and we will try to work with you. There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.

Tuition Refunds

No fees will be refunded if a student is withdrawn from the Academy during the school year. Tuition will be pro-rated from the beginning of the month following withdrawal through the end of the year that will be refunded within 30-days of written notice of withdrawal.
